CONSULTANT/ADVISOR (MADRID) 8065

The Learning Consultant Iberia member principal role is to welcome and accommodate our learners via telephone and respond to their needs while assuring a continuous follow-up in their training. Since you are their "consultant/advisor" in training and pedagogy, their requests may be very diverse. This position will work closely with Sales/CSM Team in order to inform them how each client is working on the language program. This position requires the ability to actively solve doubts and provide guidance about the language, goFLUENT services or issues. It requires strong oral and written communication skills and experience in customer/user service. Language requirement: English is required to engage successfully with large businesses. The candidate must then be native in Spanish. Job Responsibilities - Identify the decision makers within our potential clients. - Reach out our learners by phone, email or other networks. - Built up our first relationship with these companies. - Help the sales team maintain and increase the current client, meetings where they will offer our solutions and follow up the active courses. Requisitos: Education requirement University degree: Languages Studies, Translator or Interpreter. Skills - Soft skills are a must regarding: empathy, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability and effective communication skills - Proactive, personable, hard-worker. - Have a good command of MS Office and Google tools. - Be active on social media in a business context.
