Role and Responsibilities:
Interpretation and application of collective agreements.
All Payroll process management (collect variables, payment review, social security and tax closings).
Support to prepare immigration work permit documentation
Relationship with suppliers. Management the payment process of the invoices related to HR department and follow up in company system.
Social benefits and Tax office management.
Management and maintenance HR databases. Physical and digital maintenance of the department's documentation.
Support to prepare documentation for internal and external audits and inspections
Solve employees concerns
Daily support to HR manager in other areas such us: recruitment, policy implementation, on boarding and leaving process, attendance control, etc.
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources, Labor Relations).
Experience and Skills:
Around 3 to 5 years experienced in Human Resources dpt. doing payroll and administrative tasks.
Medium-high English level.
Collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Highly organized, methodical and responsible person.
Resolute person, adaptable to changes, results oriented.
Team working skills.
Openness to learning and positive attitude.
