You will support our Sales Department and start an exciting career journey in a HR Tech Startup. The main goal is to drive new business opportunities and establish highly scalable business development strategies. In this 6-month paid internship you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Founders and CEOs, initiating and accelerating your learning while opening up various career paths within the company. Funciones Your Role and Responsibilities: Market / customers research, prospective, and validation: - Qualifying and producing quality leads with the General Manager. - Prospecting target accounts through presentations, networking, email, e-marketing, campaigns and social outreach. - Analyzing business needs of potential customers, understanding processes, determining requirements and determining potential solutions. - Creating commercial workflows for the sales pipeline with our Hubspot CRM. - Corroborating customer needs and develop an initial customer profile. - Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and marketing. - Contribute to the preparation, execution and follow-up of customer presentations. - Leverage feedback to identify opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems and tools. Sales Support & team effort: - Collaborate with inbound and outbound activities, including follow-up on leads generated by Marketing. - Interfacing with leads and qualify opportunities to ensure needs and solutions match. - Being part of the facilitation between clients, HR and founders to deliver proposals, PoC (proof of concepts), QBR (business reviews) and required information. - Contribute to the creation of digital content on social media (LinkedIn & Instagram). - Effectively updating and managing Hubspot with leads, opportunities and accounts, keeping detailed and accurate notes of all sales related activities.
