Your Mission:
● Create and Manage Connections: Engage with members and prospects, fostering a vibrant sense of community both in our spaces and through our events.
● Drive Sales: Identify opportunities to promote our services, convert leads, and grow our membership base. Your goal is to help us build a thriving community while achieving sales targets.
● Organize Activities: Assist in planning and executing events and activities that drive community engagement, participation, and satisfaction.
● Support and Customer Service: Provide outstanding support to our members, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure an exceptional experience.
● Promotion and Content Creation: Collaborate in creating engaging content for our social media channels and other communication platforms to boost our brand presence and community involvement.
● Partnership Development: Help build and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and community leaders to enhance collaborative opportunities and foster community growth.
Qualifications:
● A strong passion for sales, community building, and customer engagement.
● Currently pursuing or having completed studies in marketing, sales, hospitality, content creation, or related fields. Being able to sign an internship agreement is mandatory.
● Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
● Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
● Team-oriented, with a collaborative spirit and a results-driven mindset.
● Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales and community engagement.

● Crear y gestionar conexiones: interactuar con miembros y clientes potenciales, fomentando un sentido vibrante de comunidad tanto en nuestros espacios como a través de nuestros eventos.
● Impulsar las ventas: identificar oportunidades para promocionar nuestros servicios, convertir clientes potenciales y hacer crecer nuestra base de miembros. Su objetivo es ayudarnos a construir una comunidad próspera mientras alcanzamos los objetivos de ventas.
● Organizar actividades: ayudar a planificar y ejecutar eventos y actividades que impulsen la participación, el compromiso y la satisfacción de la comunidad.
● Soporte y servicio al cliente: brindar un soporte excepcional a nuestros miembros, responder consultas y resolver problemas para garantizar una experiencia excepcional.
● Promoción y creación de contenido: colaborar en la creación de contenido atractivo para nuestros canales de redes sociales y otras plataformas de comunicación para impulsar nuestra presencia de marca y la participación de la comunidad.
● Desarrollo de asociaciones: ayudar a construir y mantener relaciones con socios, patrocinadores y líderes comunitarios para mejorar las oportunidades de colaboración y fomentar el crecimiento de la comunidad.
