We are looking for a talented and highly motivated CRM & Sales Specialist Intern to help us take the company to the next level.
We want to develop the people in our team, scale the company culture and share that good headhunting does not feel like headhunting but can make a difference for companies worldwide.
He/She will give support to our new Sales Department and will start an exciting career journey in an HR tech startup. The main goal is to drive new business opportunities and establish highly scalable business development strategies.
This paid 6-month internship can turn into a full-time Junior role after. You will work closely with the Founders and CEO to kickstart and accelerate learning while opening various career path options within the company. Unlock your potential!

Your Role and Responsibilities:
Market/customers research, prospective, and validation:
Prospecting, Strategizing, Qualifying, and producing quality leads with the CEO
Prospects into target accounts via introductions, networking, email, e-marketing, campaigns, and social outreach
Analyzing prospect business needs, understanding processes, determining requirements, and ascertaining potential solutions.
Create business workflows for the sales pipeline with our CRM Hubspot
Confirm customer needs and develop an initial customer profile
Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and marketing
Contribute to the preparation, execution, and follow-up of client presentations
Use feedback to identify opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems, and tools
Sales Support & team effort:
Be responsible for all inbound & outbound activity, including following up on Marketing-generated leads.
Engage with prospective customers and qualify opportunities to ensure needs and solutions align.
Act as a facilitator between customers, HR and founders to deliver the proposals, PoC (proof of concepts), QBR (business reviews), and required information
Contributes to creating digital content on social media (LinkedIn & Instagram)
Effectively update and manage Hubspot with leads, opportunities, and accounts, keeping detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities
Requirements
You are fluent in Spanish & English (Catalan is a plus)
Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce is a plus
Hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle
Fearless to pick up the phone and speak with a prospect
Team player and self-motivator to change rules
Strong verbal and writing communication skills (English & Spanish)
Ready to work in a fast-paced, less corporate, startup environment
