We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including job posting and candidate screening.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Assist with onboarding processes for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Provide administrative support across a variety of HR processes.
Assist in preparing HR reports, metrics, and presentations.
Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with colleagues across Hastings School and the wider Cognita network on HR projects.
Requirements
Currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Labour Relations, or a related field.
Able to sign a university internship agreement for a period of 9 months.
Fluent in English; Spanish is desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, eager to learn, and interested in developing a career in Human Resources.
